ELIPTIC, ASSURED & CleanMobilEnergy held workshop for charging infrastructure
ELIPTIC, together with invited projects ASSURED and CleanMobilEnergy, organised a workshop on charging infrastructure in cities. The event took place in Brussels, on Monday 19th March. Over 40 representatives of public authorities and other electromobility-related organisations attended the event.
In joining forces, the three projects gathered four advanced cities which presented their strategies and activities for electric charging infrastructure.
ELIPTIC: discussing charging infrastructure at EEVC in Geneva
On Wednesday 14th March 2018, several ELIPTIC partners presented the project’s results at the European Electric Vehicle Congress (EEVC) in Geneva in a dedicated session. The congress was focusing on electric charging infrastructure.
The EEVC event attracted a varied audience in Geneva to discuss charging infrastructure for electric mobility. A perfect setting for the ELIPTIC project - which is coming to an end by the end May 2018 - to present its activities and results.

European Bus Systems of the Future 2 Final Conference
The EBSF_2 consortium is glad to invite you to the Project’s Final Conference in Vienna on 18 April 2018. The all-day event will showcase the solutions and technological innovations tested within the 12 project’s test sites and give participants the opportunity to discuss the results with the demonstrations’ working teams.
The conference takes place at the Courtyard by Marriott Vienna Prater/Messe located on Trabrennstrasse 4, 1020 Vienna, Austria.
SWOT Analysis Highlights the Strategic Potential of Electrification
The Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis performed by consortium partner SIEMENS on the feasibility studies addressed within the ELIPTIC use cases has shed some light on the future of the proposed technologies. The analysis, based on questionnaires and interviews conducted with the use case leaders, groups the results in clusters according to the characteristics of the cities and their technological approach. ELIPTIC Workshop - Charging Infrastructure & Policy recommendations
The ELIPTIC project has organised a workshop with local and regional authorities in cooperation with other European projects. The meeting will take place at Polis (Brussels) on 19th March 2018 afternoon, one day before the ZeEUS Final Conference.
The ELIPTIC Workshop is organised in cooperation with the EU projects ASSURED and CleanMobilEnergy and is designed primarily for local and regional authorities.

ELIPTIC at TRB: Sharing innovative, tested practices in sustainable urban mobility in EU and US cities
ELIPTIC Coordinator Michael Glotz-Richter from the City of Bremen will take part in a joint session of the U.S. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the European Commission, Directorate General for Mobility and Transport. This will take place on the sidelines of the Transport Research Board Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. on 10 January 2018.
This is an invitation-only side-session to the main TRB programme that can welcome up to 45 participants from EU and US cities, regions, public transport providers, public sector organisations, research organisations and companies.
